CME was created to complement the important work already happening in schools by providing dedicated time and space for these essential skills. Through mindfulness, movement, storytelling, music, art, collaboration, and reflection, children have opportunities to practice skills that can be difficult to explore deeply within the demands of the regular school day.
Each experience builds confidence, creativity, resilience, empathy, problem-solving, emotional regulation, and meaningful connection—skills that support children not only in the classroom, but throughout their lives.
